1. Who we are
Leobri (“Leobri,” “we,” “us”) provides a white-label business operating system at leobri.com and my.leobri.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It works together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company name and address when you register, book a meeting or open a support request.
- Billing details: the package and add-ons you choose and your invoices. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
- Messages: what you send us through support requests, email, meeting bookings or our chat assistant.
- Setup answers: your answers to the plan finder and setup survey, used to recommend and configure your workspace.
3. Information in your workspace
Your workspace holds the leads, clients, invoices, files and other records you and your team add. That information belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, keep it secure and support you when you ask. You can download your entire data file at any time.
4. Information collected automatically
- Usage and device information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, used to keep the site working and improve it.
- Analytics: we measure site activity (for example, which buttons are clicked) without including the contents of your workspace.
- Cookies and local storage: used to keep you signed in, remember your plan selections and survey answers on your device, and credit referrals. Affiliate referral cookies last 31 days.
5. How we use information
- Create and run your account and workspaces
- Process payments and send invoices and receipts
- Recommend the workspace, package and add-ons that fit your answers
- Respond to support requests and meeting bookings
- Send service messages, and marketing you can opt out of at any time
- Protect the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run Leobri, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and analytics, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer.
7. Security
Sensitive data such as email passwords and API keys is encrypted with a unique key, the database is backed up on a schedule, logins can be protected with reCAPTCHA and two-step sign-in, and staff activity is logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Keeping and deleting information
We keep account information while your account is active and as long as needed for billing, legal and security purposes. If you close your account, you can download your data first; we then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it.
9. Your choices
- Update your account details in your client portal at my.leobri.com
- Download your workspace data at any time
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in each message
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing csdept@leobri.com
10. Children
Leobri is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Leobri grows. When we make material changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
